BAR Nishiazabu Cellar

COUNTER

In the center of the bar, we placed a block of stone that is close to its natural state as a counter. The stone is originated from a mass of magma from the Hakone volcano about 400,000 years ago. In order to preserve the landscape of the quarried mountain, the treatment was kept minimum to cut, shave, and arrange.

SAPCE

The industrial and rough atmosphere of the liquor cellar, the natural scenery displayed by the stone on the bar counter, and the minimal aesthetics give a unique class. Although this unique combination, the boundaries are ambiguous from one another and strangely create a comfortable space.

Our standard menu boasts a deep and rich selection of alcoholic beverages that only a true liquor cellar can offer. Craft / shochu, gin, whisky, rum, mezcal, tequila, natural wine and more.
